In the upcoming year, we are excited about initiating important projects aligned with our commitment to the Holistic Model of Care, with a focus on Closing the Gap for Indigenous Communities in the Goondir Health Service Region. The initial highlight is the St. George Community Wellbeing Centre Stage 3
completion and Grand Opening Launch, located at 106-110 Alfred Street, St George.
In Dalby, an Admin Office and Crisis Accommodation project is a focus featuring 52 Apartments and additional 12 units, along with a dedicated Admin Office at 26 Wood St, Dalby. We are also eager to initiate the Dalby Community Wellbeing Centre at 51 Mary St, Dalby.
These projects underscore our steadfast dedication to community well-being, representing significant strides towards a more inclusive and healthier future for all.
